Queen of Summer Gooseberry Vodka Liqueur

Queen of Summer is our limited edition Gooseberry Vodka Liqueur. 

We are over the moon that Queen of Summer won a Gold in the Spirits category at the Taste of the West Awards in 2022! 

Fresh, vibrant, tart and sweet, this is truly a one of a kind spirit. At 30% ABV, it has the strength of a true vodka, but the depth of character and flavour of a liqueur. 

Available in  50cl, 20cl or 5cl bottles, it is made using British vodka and gooseberries from Bristol Fruit Market, and contains no artificial colours or ingredients.

Best served chilled, it is just wonderful on its own, but it works equally well with a range of mixers including soda, ginger ale or elderflower. It's also fab in a glass of Prosecco or Champagne. For cocktails, it makes a stunning version of a Bees Knees.

The illustration is by the artist Richard Fry. Richard and Sam have known each other since they were 13 when they both lived in Somerset. Richard gave Sam a fantastic portrait of Kate Bush for her 40th birthday, which he had drawn in Sharpie. So we asked him to adapt a version of that painting for this bottle illustration, in the the style of Alphonso Mucha, and as a homage to our 'Queen of Summer.'
