Delivery & P&P Information

Here you can find all the key info on our delivery times and postage costs.

Postage info

Our postage and packing prices (including VAT) is priced dependent on how much you spend/how heavy the parcel is. Orders up to £30 is £5, from £30-£75 is £6.50, and over £75 is free delivery. 

We currently only deliver to the UK. All our prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate. Because you are ordering alcohol, all packages must be signed for by someone over 18. 

Delivery times

We are currently posting orders out twice weekly. We will email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. 

Please note that due to the state of the postal system exact delivery dates are beyond our control. 

Local Pick Up

If you've requested local pick up - this is from our base at Espensen Spirit/Dough Heads, at 86 Whitehall Road, Bristol, BS5 9BQ. We are open for pick up on Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays/Saturdays 5-8pm.

Please do not try to pick up from us before getting a notification that it is ready.

Failure to collect cocktails

All of our cocktails are made fresh to order - if you order local pick up from  and fail to pick up within two weeks of your order being ready - your cocktails will be past their use by date. We are unable to replace these orders with freshly made cocktails unless they are paid for again. We also cannot refund cocktails that have not been picked up in time.
