Manhattan - Bourbon, Vermouth, orange bitters & Maraschino liqueur.

Ruby Reviver - festive take on a corpse reviver! Ruby Cuby Rhubarb & Custard Vodka, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau, lemon juice, Absinthe, edible glitter & rhubarb bitters. 

Chocolate Orange Negroni - our in house blend which includes Chocolate Orange Gin, Cocci di Torino, Campari, Suze, Aperol and Punt e mes.

Practical Magic - Espensen Spirit Pump up the Jam Raspberry Gin, Fig Liqueur, orange bitters, Suze & lemon juice. Delightful. 

Genie 75 - Our take on a French 75. Espensen Spirit Gin Genie Blueberry Gin, blueberry puree, simple syrup, lemon juice & Prosecco (Included).
