1. Wiper & True Swally - Barrel Aged Wee Heavy Scotch Ale 9% ABV 750ml - This three-way collaboration with Tempest Brewing and Extract Coffee Roasters continues W&T’s exploration of bringing coffee into different classic British styles. This Wee Heavy contrasts a sweet malt base with notes of cherry and marzipan, and contains gentle roasted tones and acidity. These are the only casks of this beer.

 2. Wiper & True Barrel Aged Pale sour 2021 7.3% ABV 375ml - Treat yourself to the latest release from the Barrel-Store: a five year barrel-aged blend of beers. A 7.3% blend of pale ales, slowly matured in wine barrels, with aromas and flavours that span sour cherries, peach, oak, white wine and vanilla. This beer is not suitable for vegans. Drink fresh or age. Serve chilled. Our beer is unfiltered and may contain sediment - pour gently.

 3. Grimm Brewery Black Forest sour 7.5% ABV 500ml - Black Forest is an exciting collaboration with the perpetually-creative Sebastian Sauer of Stolberg, Germany’s celebrated Freigeist. When we proposed a sour ale based on the classic Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte, Sebastian was excited to help design a dense, rich cake-like sour. Brewed with velvety dark malts, fermented with a mixed culture in our oak foeder, refermented on tart Montmorency cherries, and conditioned on rich cacao, this is an uncompromising and complex sipper.

 4. Equilibrium Tara Riwaka Farmhouse Indian Pale Ale 6.0% ABV 375ml - TABA Riwaka is a Farmhouse IPA dry hopped with Riwaka. TABA is Equilibrium's rotating series that explores hop interaction with There and Back Again cultures. This Farmhouse IPA is a collaborative effort with Dr. Jason Rodriguez to create a reproducible process that produces a beautiful and elegant farmhouse ale that is dry, slightly tart, full of flavor, and super drinkable. The interplay of the slow souring process, its respective microorganisms, hops, bitterness, gravity manipulation, and minerality have been through countless iterations over the years.

5. Little Pomona Do It Puritan! Quince Cider 2019 7.6% 750ml ABV - A blend of predominantly the Gin Pear (so called because of its botanical nuances), but also with a little Butt, Oldfield & Rock. The juice was pressed into two fine & very active wine barrels; one ex-Meursault & the other ex-Sauternes. Then spontaneously fermented.

6. Little Pomona Do It Puritan Perry Pears 2019 7.3% 750ml ABV - Do It Puritan Perry 2019. A blend of predominantly the Gin Pear (so called because of its botanical nuances), but also with a little Butt, Oldfield & Rock. The juice was pressed into two fine & very active wine barrels; one ex-Meursault & the other ex-Sauternes. Then spontaneously fermented.

7 Little Pomona Col Fondo cider 2019 8.4% ABV 750ml - Little Pomona was first launched onto the market in 2017. Susanna and James Forbes’ story started a few years earlier when they found their dream orchard in Thornbury, North Herefordshire:120 trees with four classic cider apple varieties. Inspired by the tasted and vision of notable producers, their quest was to work with the best possible fruit using natural methods to fashion ciders and perries with true flavours. Ciders with the character and structure to match with food.

8. Pomologic Björk Apple cider 6.5% 750ml -  Made from Orange Pippin apples, wild-fermented, and macerated with birch leaves for a month, before a 6 month maturation in oak casks. Rich copper colour, with an unusual and complex aroma of ripe fruit, rose petals, tannic leaves, and a hint of wax and tar. Floral and fruit flavours combine with strongly astringent and tannic tones of plant tars, tobacco, bitter tea leaves, and wood, intensifying as the aftertaste develops, and culminating in a warm finish, with qualities similar to French polish. Highly complex, and quite individual, with the birch leaves dominating the flavour profile, but not disguising the fragrant apple cider base

9. Dunleavy Sparkling White Wine 2018 12% ABV 750ml - Handpicked and pressed in Somerset from 100% Seyval Blanc grapes. Fresh, fruity and with a delicate fizz. Low sulphur (62mg / litre). Bottled in 2019 then aged on lees for 11 months to increase complexity. Only 500 bottles disgorged. Brut.

10. Dunleavy 2020 Rosé 11.5% ABV 750ml - Alive with notes of strawberry, melon and peach, this wine still isn’t nearly as sweet as you might think. Crisp and dry on the finish, and with a touch of herbal undertone, it’s more refreshing than anything else. It’s a wine that could easily be enjoyed alongside your favourite seasonal dish.
