This gin is full of deep brambly flavour and needs a log fire and a Labrador as a drinking partner! 

Made using British blackberries, hedgerow botanicals and a bit of Demerara sugar, this is a really special spirit and a perfect gift for someone who loves proper gin with a fruity twist. 

We recommend drinking this with tonic or a traditional lemonade as a mixer. It is lovely as a gin sour, a bramble, orin a glass of fizz. It also goes VERY well in a Negroni. 

Our gin is made using a multi-award winning and 200 year-old secret family recipe, distilled in a copper pot still. It has well balanced juniper with high citrus and spice, finishing with a sweetness from liquorice.
